The core compatibility checker does not need advertising or analytics cookies to calculate a result. Essential storage may be used for security or technical operation.

Advertising and measurement

When advertising is activated, the site should use the Google AdSense consent/privacy-message configuration or another Google-certified consent management platform appropriate to the visitor's region. For personalised ads in the UK, EEA and Switzerland, Google requires a certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. Non-essential purposes should follow the choices made in that consent interface.

Changing your choice

Once a consent platform is configured, provide a persistent “Cookie settings” control in the site footer so visitors can revisit their choice. The deployment package intentionally does not fake a consent banner before the real AdSense/CMP configuration is known.
